A company in Silicon Valley has taken the leap and employed analysts with autism to test software for companies. People with high functioning end of the autism spectrum is more focused and detail-oriented, which makes it their greatest strength. Located at coastal city Santa Monica near Los Angeles, MindSpark now has 27 analysts, five of whom are full-time employees and the rest paid based on the number of hours they work.
